    • Pack the item(s) securely, including a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
    • Clearly mark the Order# on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the return to the address to the address on this form.

4. Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless you received the wrong item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
