Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
By selecting a subscription purchase option, you authorize Vitalmends to charge your payment method on file automatically at the frequency selected (e.g., weekly, monthly) until you cancel.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel at least 7 business days before your next billing date. You can cancel by:
  • Logging into your customer account on our website.
  • Emailing our customer support team at ebenton@vitalmends.org
  • Calling us at (804) 892-1080.
3. Refunds on Cancellations
Cancellations stop future recurring charges. Once a subscription renewal has been successfully processed and billed, that specific order cannot be canceled or refunded retrospectively. If you cancel after a payment is processed, you will receive the final product that was paid for, and your subscription will end immediately after that fulfillment.
